Find the right UX methods for any stage of the product design process. Methods and activities are grouped into three sections: Discovery, Ideation, and Testing, based on a eight-phase process.
Discovery
Discovery involves first defining the problem and goals. Next is research to understand users and the market. The final step is analysing the data to establish a direction.
Ideation
Ideation generates solutions beginning with broad ideation and brainstorming of concepts. Ideas are converted into low or high fidelity prototypes for quick testing and refinement.
Testing
Testing validates design prototypes and mock-ups after which the solution is refined and built. The final step is to consistently measure the impact for learning and iteration.
